Installation is a once off.
But we are human and we understand that sometimes we all need a little bit of help.
The installation can be broken up over 4 months to ease the onboarding costs.
If more help is needed talk to us, we will assist where we can.
Just leave us a note on the order if you need installation financial assistance.
What does installation consist of?
It includes the physical cable from the border wall box to the inside of your property where you specify the installation location.
We will try and accommodate the routing to your preference.
It includes:
- Trenching 300mm deep 300mm wide - backfilled and cleaned up. (up to 50m)
- 2-Core Fibre Optic Drop cable from the border wall box to your property (up to 100m)
- PVC Sleeving for the Fibre Optic Drop Cable (up to 50m)
- RJ45 Network Patch Lead
- SC Fibre Optic Patch Lead
- ONU: Fibre Optic Subcriber Unit
Additional Options include:
- Smart Mini DC UPS to keep your unit safe and online.
- Wide area network (WAN) Router
